Ukrainian Borscht Soup Recipe
What's better than a warm bowl of soup mid winter? This is traditional Ukranian Borscht Soup has a great depth of flavour and is relatively cheap and easy to make. Moreover, the most of the ingredients can be found in your panty. This recipe is inspired by one of my favorite childhood memories at a Russian restaurant called Shashlik. I have always enjoyed its Borscht Soup more than any other dish served there. Unfortunately this restaurant will be closing its business at the end of the year. This is a great dish for a large family or a bible study group dinner. You can also freeze this soup and reheat for future meals. This recipe will feed at least 10.
